Sadly Hannes had to cancel and therefore cannot take part in the adventure. Lots of work is for nothing now and it will definately not go as planned. Fortunately another one of my friends and longtime student of ours, Andi, has offered to fill in. Training Camp

Friday to Sunday we went to Bielatal for the annual training camp of our Karate Club. Through contacts we had the chance to stay in a small house with a fire place in the woods. We put up our heavy bag between two trees, settled down our gear, got a snack and got started with our first training unit. The Gym

We train Fullcontact Karate 3 times a week and add a fourth time on nice and warm weekends. The training is technically demanding and develloping endurance while enjoying the full contact. Even though we incorporate strength and endurance exercises into our training, certain goals can only be reached with different training methods.
